Offset your carbon footprint
By buying a carbon offset, you are paying for someone else to reduce carbon emissions, most commonly by producing cleaner energy or improving energy efficiency. Though finding ways to reduce your and your congregation's carbon emissions directly is preferable, it is very difficult to drop our carbon footprints to zero. We list the carbon offset providers with projects reviewed and found to be high-quality by the Environmental Defense Fund. For more details on the review check out CarbonOffsetList.org.
